Starting Line Recruiting

In the past, I was a 4:36 1600, 9:58 3200, and 16:08 5k runner in high school at altitude in Colorado. After that, I was a runner at the collegiate level at Luther College in Iowa from 2009-2013. During my senior year, I competed at the Division 3 National Meet in cross country.

I have worked with numerous athletes since I began coaching cross country and track and field in 2014 at Loveland (Colorado), then Prairie View (Henderson, CO), then Odessa Permian (TX), and now at Mountain View (Loveland, CO). I have been grateful to help coach athletes who went on to run for Kansas, Colorado State, Portland State, Wyoming, Boise State, Western Colorado, Texas-Permian Basin, Odessa College, Colorado Mesa, Augustana, Colorado State-Pueblo, Colorado Christian, and West Texas A&M.
